Raquel Baldelomar is Founder and CEO of Quaintise, a marketing and branding agency, based in Santa Monica. For 20 years, Quaintise has produced award-winning creative content for clients in the health, technology, and AI sectors by building their brand currencies through compelling storytelling, strong messaging, and visually engaging creative assets.
She is also co-founder and CEO of Wellness Holdings, the parent company of HPD Rx a women’s health supplement brand sold on major e-commerce platforms.
Raquel has a finance degree from the MBA-modeled Business Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career managing private equity portfolios as a financial analyst for JP Morgan Private Bank.
In 2015, Raquel co-authored the book, Sugar Crush: How to Reduce Inflammation, Reverse Nerve Damage, and Reclaim Good Health (HarperWave) and her journalism on work-life balance, executive lifestyle and femininity in the workplace has been featured on CNN, Robb Report, and Forbes.
Raquel is the host and executive producer of The Mega Podcast with Raquel, a YouTube podcast that explores how people create balance in their lives while pursuing their goals of health, wealth, and happiness. Through conversations with inspiring guests, she highlights the mindsets and habits that allow individuals to do meaningful and fulfilling work while cultivating their creativity, health, and wellness.
When she’s not building her businesses, Raquel devotes her creative energies to writing her second book and creating travel stories as a content creator and contributing writer for Luxury Travel Magazine.
Raquel sits on the board of The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She balances her professional life with cooking, traveling, running, and poker. She lives in Santa Monica, California.
