Triad Pain Management hired Quaintise to create a more comprehensive brand identity for its medical group. This effort included an updated company brochure, a website, and a specialty sub-website discussing a breakthrough technique the pain clinic offered.
Triad Pain Management is an Arizona medical group that provides optimal healthcare for the treatment of recent, onset pain or chronic pain syndromes, post-surgical needs, and auto, work, and sports-related injuries. They focus on all aspects of pain management, utilizing the specialties of primary care, orthopedics, neurology, anesthesiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage therapy.
Triad Pain Management had an existing brand strategy, but wanted to better communicate the benefits of the brand and the practice’s proprietary surgical technique, Manipulation Under Anesthesia.
TPM wanted to revise their medical marketing plan, focusing on positioning in the marketplace in an effort to increase new patients.
Quaintise identified several areas of improvement in Triad’s brand positioning strategy and developed proposals for how the client would provide a visual vocabulary that was more congruent with its brand, direction, and target patient.
