Raquel Baldelomar is Founder and President of Quaintise, a marketing and branding agency, based in Santa Monica.  For 20 years, Quaintise has produced award-winning creative content for clients in the health, life sciences, and wellness sectors by building their brand currencies through compelling storytelling, strong messaging, and visually engaging creative assets.

Raquel has a finance degree from the MBA-modeled Business Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin.  She began her career managing private equity portfolios as a financial analyst for JP Morgan Private Bank.

In 2015, Raquel co-authored the book, Sugar Crush: How to Reduce Inflammation, Reverse Nerve Damage, and Reclaim Good Health (HarperWave) and her journalism on work-life balance, executive lifestyle and femininity in the workplace has been featured on CNN, Robb Report, Leisure & Hospitality, Forbes, Food & Drink, and Luxury Travel Magazine.

Raquel is the host and executive producer for The Mega Podcast, which delves into how people achieve balance in their lives while pursuing their unique goals of health, wealth and happiness. Her goal is to share with audiences stories that educate people on how to maintain balance in their lives while pursuing goals that bring them productivity, creativity, and wellness.

Raquel sits on the board of The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She balances her professional life with gardening, cooking, traveling, running, and poker. She lives in Santa Monica, California.
